Engaging The Disengaged Trainee

An engaged trainee is willing and compelled to participate in the learning process. They take advantage of opportunities to act in the learning process, concentrate, and proceed with positivity, enthusiasm, and curiosity. On the other hand, disengaged learners are those who do not try, give up in the face of challenge, and are rarely involved in their learning process.
