I love this time of the year—full of dreams and possibilities as we set our sights on the year ahead and set goals for what we want to accomplish. We have to make sure we set goals that are big, stretch us outside of our comfort zone, and even scare us. They shouldn’t seem completely impossible, but they should be challenging and also specific. Once you set your goals, you’ll need a plan for making them a reality. I suggest you develop grit, assess risk, and embrace failure.&nb
