Using Focus Phrases

The best facilitators, presenters, and instructors can capture and maintain the focus and attention of their participants. How do they do it, you might wonder? There are a number of tools available in the facilitator’s “tool belt”—from movement, to voice modulation, to gestures and other nonverbal communication.
