I Know You Are, But What Am I?

I’ve always had a problem with the “A” in the acronym KSA. Knowledge is easy to quantify, as is skill. But how do you quantify attitude? Over the years I have preferred to use the term “ability” as a representation of one’s demonstration of using knowledge and skills to make the right decisions or think through any given situation.
