Training evaluation as it's practiced today is limited, narrow, outdated, and not nearly as useful to the business as it can be. The reasons are largely related to the way you, as an L&D professional, see and understand organizational learning's role. You must see, question, evaluate, and judge the mental models that reinforce learning use as a support function for an organization
