Niki is experienced in influential leadership principles that include consulting, coaching, change management, performance management, and creating stories through data. She is skilled in classroom facilitation and virtual delivery and in coaching using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. She also is experienced in project management, effective communication strategies, and cultural alignment.

Niki holds her CPTD certification and is a Jay Shetty certified life and success coach and a certified human behavior consultant using the DiSC model. She is certified in Dale Carnegie’s effective communication and human relations, and she is a member of NAAEI faculty. She also took the NAA’s advanced instructor course. Niki is a lifelong learner herself and looks to inspire and empower others to hunger for the same.
