Jeff has spent the last 40 years in the  John Deere Ag Equipment business. He started on the front line in the parts department as counter sales and parts manger. He was also a Junior college instructor for a John Deere sponsored parts training program that required field experience where students learned the profession by doing. Students spent classroom time and then out in the dealership applying what they learned in a dealership reality setting. He has been Aftermarket manager for Brandt Holdings John Deere Ag division since 2002. In 2019 he was given the opportunity as learning & development coordinator. He has a passion for learning and this role has been a dream and goal to acheive for several years. The responsibility for impacting over 1000 employees learning and development is very humbling and a responsiblity that he does not take lightly.
