Ashley is a Certified Professional of Talent Development (CPTD) and national award winner: ATD “One to Watch”. She is currently the Director of Talent Development at the University of Arkansas and a doctoral student in the U of A's Human Resource and Workforce Development (HRWD) program.

Ashley has broad industry experience and interest in Talent & Organizational Development and HR, specifically: HR transformation, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, leadership development, organizational development, performance management, reward and recognition, employee experience, culture, and talent analytics.

Additionally, she is skilled in project management, program management, change management, and process improvement. She has experience in multiple HRIS and LMS environments both as an admin and end user. She has experience in a variety of work environments including corporate, higher education, and volunteering for a non-profit in a leadership capacity.
