Bill is a professional who translates organizational mission vision into initiatives that improve performance and growth. Genuine influencer that believes that human capital is the organization’s greatest asset. Empowering leader with vast organizational experiences who translates visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals.

Bill started his training experience for the US Air Force, where he trained Security Forces personnel on small weapons deployment, apprehension and restraint, anti-terrorism, nuclear weapon security, and Stinger Missile System operations and deployment.  His vast knowledge and training ability assisted a US-NATO Air Base in Europe achieve ‘Best in Air Force’ status.

Bill has been a college Instructor, teaching courses in student strategies for college success, human relations, customer service, small business operations, management, and ethics.  Bill created curriculum, lesson plans and taught a business course at The College of Idaho, where his freshman students’ business plan presentations were noted as being superior to that of the senior business graduates.

As a college Dean, Bill used his leadership, administrator, and analyst experiences writing self-evaluation reports with data analysis for accreditation compliance where he managed over 9 accreditation visits with no write-ups. He managed multiple Academic Program Directors who managed Medical Assisting, Nursing, Business, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, and Surgical Technician programs. He managed anywhere from 5-20 direct reports, trained faculty, and was a speaker at graduation events. Bill was able to witness the graduation of over 2,000 students.

Succession planning is another aspect of Bill’s experience as he was able to develop talent and helped promote employees into leadership positions in higher education. From his consulting experience, he created a Chief Information Officer (CIO) construct with succession planning for IT positions and presented it to a Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Bill presented his research and project to the BOCC and they have since implemented those recommendations.

Bill has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, Master of Arts in Leadership and is a Society for Human Resource Management, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
