ABOUT ME

I have over 15 years of leading learning and development teams for Fortune 500 companies and have a master’s degree in business with a concentration in human resources and organizational behavior. I’m also a certified Change Management Practitioner, DDI facilitator, and have multiple certifications from the Association for Talent Development.

I am passionate about developing others and helping them reach beyond their potential. Throughout my career I have served in a learning and development capacity helping employees and leaders reach success in their current and future roles.  I’ve used competency assessments to identify strengths and development needs. I’ve coached high potentials and leaders in applying development strategies for their own and team development. I’m a curious learner and stay abreast of best practices in leadership and talent development and building an employee-centric culture that leads to increased organizational alignment and improved performance.

My approach to learning and development begins with understanding the business strategy and organizational needs – then working closely with leaders to identify development strategies aligned to meet organizational goals.
