In this session, you will learn how to perform a chapter analysis to determine the types of SIGs/GIGs to grow membership, provide a value-add experience for existing members, and use as a recruiting tool for potential members. You will then design a marketing plan for your SIGs/GIGs to reach your targeted demographic and, potentially, new members. From there, you will develop a plan for scheduling SIGs/GIGs using an event management form provided by the speakers. You will brainstorm how to build a best practice for a first-contact experience to engage members and drive membership.
