My name is Tania Consuegra. I am a Medical Doctor graduated in Colombia, SA with an Masters in Business Administration and Healthcare Management from OLU in San Antonio Texas. I live in Southern California working with teams all over the US.

Currently I work with Takeda, a biopharmaceutical company as the Field Training & Effectiveness Manager, in this role I provide training for new hires in disease state and product, as well as profesional development opportunities. In my almost eight years at Takeda I have also served as Training Manager for Latin America and as Bilingual Health Educator for the South Central Region.

Previous to my work with Takeda I spent several years with the Houston Department of Health and Human Services working with the Bureau of Health Promotion and Education, there I  provided education in Breast Cancer, Nutrion and Chronic Disease management.
