Susan Russell is an accomplished learning and organization development leader with a rich professional history in a variety of sectors, including technology, staffing, telecommunications, finance, retail, healthcare, and manufacturing. She established her educational foundation at Lesley College School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she earned an MS in training and organizational development.

Currently, Russell serves as the head of learning at Munters, where her role is pivotal in driving the training strategy for transformation towards operational excellence (TTOE). She plays a key role in the global learning strategy of ERP systems and is responsible for training plan execution and site rollouts across multiple languages. Prior to that, Russell was the global learning and development manager at Munters, where she led significant initiatives, such as developing the training strategy for a human capital management system and the migration of the LMS from one vendor to another.
