Her background is multifaceted, with experience designing learning solutions for clients in a variety of industries, including several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. She functions as a learning and performance consultant, an instructional designer, a change agent, and a variety of other roles depending on what clients require, to assess and address learning and performance needs.
