I have over 20 years of experience in learning and development. During this time I have worked on projects involving development of virtual training courses, ILTs, producing video tutorials and managing LMS, along with that i have proven track record of training management in IT and education sector.

My recent experience is at AECOM talent management centre, where I managed design and development of e-learning courses such as Manager Development Program, Leadership Capabilities, CEO Circle and many more. Also involved in virtual classroom training, LMS administration and data analytics and reporting. Prior to AECOM, I've associated with Wipro Ltd as an eLearning Manager in the human resource department.
