Mary Cropp
ABOUT ME
Mary Cropp is the director of training and development at the Bluetooth Special Interest Group, a global organization that enables the development of the technology that keeps us all unthinkably connected. At Bluetooth, she focuses on strategy, organization development, and instructional design to delight and enable people to do their jobs better or more efficiently. Her portfolio of learners includes the Kirkland, Washington–based staff and the 36,000 member companies located around the world. Prior to her tenure at Bluetooth, Cropp has been on staff with nongovernmental organizations working to build capacity in the world, and with local nonprofits partnering with immigrant and underserved populations.
