Josh Pavek, CPTD, is a resourceful and results-driven professional with demonstrated capacity to manage, organize, and implement learning programs that improve employee performance, increase productivity levels, and drive operational objectives. He has expertise in training program design, course design and development (in-person, hybrid, online), and implementation of training practices. He is a passionate learning culture advocate with a dedication to deliver excellence.

From a high-level perspective, my current experience includes LMS management and administration, instructional design consulting, and online learning design, development, and implementation.

My previous experience includes being the online learning production and design manager at the Credit Union National Association and previously serving as the director of the L&D function at a credit union. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
