I have spent the last 14 years working in Learning and Development, mainly in Financial Services organizations. I started my career in the U.K. but recently moved out to Nevada to help support a new site.

I prefer to work in the operational learning environment where I can see an immediate impact for the work I put in, it is a very past paced, evolving environment which keeps me on my toes and makes each day a new experience.
