My lifework and passion are to create quality learning experiences that impact employee growth and development while also helping my organizations succeed. As an L& D professional in retail, distribution, and manufacturing, including Fortune 500 companies, I have vast experience in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Corporate Training & Facilitation. The training experience should be high-quality and learner-focused, whether online or via experiential training events unique to my organization's culture. I am resourceful and successful with limited resources, providing a robust training experience for my learners. Learning should be a collaborative exploration that includes social learning elements when possible. Learning is what will provide individual and organizational growth and success. I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge as an L&D resource.
