I am a self-proclaimed learning fanatic! My core belief is that competency builds confidence and I strive to incorporate this into my leadership at FCCI. I also strive to apply good learning principles to create business value for our teammates and customers. I have a masters degree in Education - Online Teaching and Learning as well as a BA in Technical Writing and a BS in Business Management. Learning and training are changing every day and I'm proud to be a part of the learning community.
