Brad Rosen serves as the Vice President of Training & Talent Acquisition at Dexian. Guided by
principles of integrity, hard work, responsibility, respect, and empathy, Brad is committed to
understanding people's situations and being relatable. A strong advocate for paying it forward, he
focuses on bringing college students into the organization and teaching them the foundation of staffing
to progress their careers in recruiting, sales, or leadership.

Brad leads two teams at Dexian - the University Recruiting team and the Training Development team.
He actively engages with the challenges faced by his teams in the field and stays involved with
internship classes, often speaking during class presentations.

Joining Dexian in 1997, Brad has navigated various roles, including recruiter, account manager,
managing director, and training & development. He holds a Bachelor's in Advertising from the
University of Florida. His team has won the APEX training award seven consecutive years and built an
acquisition team from scratch, consistently hiring 150 people a year.

Through Dexian, Brad finds fulfillment in placing people in opportunities that are the right fit for both
the individual and the client, ultimately leading to permanent job placements.
