Companies are adopting flexible work arrangements and training managers to lead effectively.

74% of HR professionals say their organizations use remote work.

HR professionals think the future workforce will be:
•	Hybrid workers (70%)
•	Workers with flexible schedules (59%)
•	Remote workers (53%)

Managers are central to hybrid work arrangements, but only 1 out of 3 has received training on managing hybrid work. 

3/5 of HR professionals say they will have more manager training in the next two years focused on managing different work arrangements. 

92%  of employers will redefine some jobs and roles in the next two years.
