That's what Daggerwing Group, a global change consultancy, had in mind when it created this podcast about the human behaviors that drive change at work. The company helps Fortune 500 firms break the cycle of change management failure by focusing on people, so it's fitting for Daggerwing Group Senior Principal Chris Thornton to host CHANGE@WORK and speak with partners, clients, and experts in various fields about changes in the workplace. Those changes include the overall future of the workplace in light of the pandemic.
