Whether you call yourself an instructional designer, an e-learning designer, or a learning professional, one of the most important lessons to be learned when creating training content is to know your audience. This doesn’t just mean knowing your audience in terms of their skills or what their job looks like; it means knowing your audience from a language standpoint, a cultural standpoint, and much more. And this is where localizing your training content comes into play.
So, for this month’s Ask a Trainer episode, I invited Amy Morrisey to join me in answering your questions about localizing training content. Enjoy!
