Thursday, June 24, 2021

Employees are more likely to support a workplace change initiative when they have opportunities to meaningfully contribute to the effort. Yet far too often, employees feel like change is something that’s happening to them instead of something that they are an active participant in. During this webinar, we’ll explore ways that you can help your organization create opportunities for employees at all levels to more fully participate in change projects. You’ll learn: - Why it’s important to provide employees with opportunities to actively contribute to change initiatives - Simple strategies you can help your organization deploy to broaden employee participation in change efforts by providing employees with real change-related work - Steps you can take to introduce these strategies that will build organizational interest and support
