I've spent the majority of my professional life in or around Apple. I've had years of experience providing support to customers and those supporting customers. I have a passion for design, multimedia training solutions, and leading both up and down the org chart to ensure projects are successful and completed on time. Feedback and iteration are keys to success for developing any product, but particularly training and just-in-time videos to support the rapidly changing world of technology.
