Toby Egan is Associate Professor and Managing Director of Texas A&M University International HRD Programs. Before becoming a professor, he was a senior consultant and vice-president of a USbased consulting firm. For more than 18 years, he has consulted with Fortune 500, multinational, nonprofit, and government organizations involved in organizational culture change, restructuring, large-scale training, diversity, and leadership development enhancement. He is an award winning researcher and his doctoral students have been recognized for their outstanding dissertations by ASTD, The Academy of HRD, and many others.
