ABOUT ME

Shaionnone Hicks has helped lead Employee Performance and Development Programs for over 15 years within the Dallas/Ft. Worth Market. As a Training Professional, Shaionnone has been responsible for working with executive and middle management leaders and teams to ensure that there is an emphasis on the continual development of leadership within organizations. Prior to this role, Shaionnone managed the New Hire Training Program within the telecommunications industry with a focus on retention, employee ownership/engagement and leadership development.

Raised outside of Houston, TX, Shaionnone earned her B.A. from Texas Woman’s University located in Denton, TX.   She graduated Magna Cum Laude while completing her M.Ed. which concentrated on Adult Learning Theories and Employee Development from Strayer University. She is also a certified training specialist, with her directional cornerstones being the areas of customer service, professional sales skills, leadership development, and inclusive employee engagement programs.

Shaionnone feels that quality customer service is paramount to the economic well-being of our society.  As such, she develops her educational curriculums with a nucleus of the essential elements of winning relationships through quality customer interaction.

Shaionnone is an active member of her local community and serves as an Executive Board Member for the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) Open Express Network.  During her free time, you can find her reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
