Leah de Souza, CPLP, is the owner of two Talent Development consultancies, Trainmar and LdS Consulting, and the first CPLP in her homeland of Trinidad and Tobago.

For over a decade, she has been helping a global clientele Grow and Engage their Talent by aligning diverse and creative initiatives to achieve immediate and long term organizational objectives. She has worked closely with International Business and Human Resource Leaders to design, develop and execute projects in over 20 industries in both the private and public sectors.

Leah is a speaker at conferences and industry events, author of published articles, has delivered over 125 workshops to over 2000 participants, and a manager of hundreds of talent development initiatives. She brings over a decade of Talent Development experience to every client solution. Her focus is the client’s desired result; the journey to success varies from project to project. Guided by her values and her down-to-earth style, each project is results-driven, people-focused yet balanced with humanity. When she is not working with her clients she enjoys exercising, foreign language study and travelling.
