Karen Bishea Williams is the founder of SPARK Innovation Training, whose mission is to guide adult learning professionals to deeper insights. Williams spent 27 years with Procter & Gamble, where she built and led its products research global training programs. Her training and development experience includes curriculum and course design and curation and implementing training across global learner groups of scientists, technical experts, marketers, and engineers.
