James Champagne is a Training Specialist with Greenzone Solutions, based in Arlington, Virginia and he supports training projects for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service.  In past roles as a training manager and instructional designer he has led teams that developed and delivered training for the US Department of Defense, Federal Aviation Administration, Health and Human Services, US Department of Veterans Affairs, and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  He has experience developing training products, including classroom instructor-led training, online facilitated webinars, and e-learning. James has more than 20 years of experience leading classroom training.
