I'm currently an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies in the Diederich College of Communication at Marquette University. At Marquette, I teach graduate and undergraduate coursework in Organizational Communication, Corporate Communication, Managerial Communication, Leadership Communication, and Financial Communication. I also co-direct a leadership development program that connects communication skills to effective leadership.

Off campus, I enjoy applying research findings through coaching and training business leaders. As a "pracademic," I draw on subject matter expertise in communication, organizational change and innovation, leadership, emotional intelligence, culture, diversity and inclusion, and problem-solving to deliver business solutions and enhance performance at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
