Emmy is a certified leadership coach, facilitator and speaker. With over 15 years of learning and development experience, she works with organizations to develop and coach leaders and managers at all levels.

An experienced leader herself, Emmy understands the challenges of today’s managers and leaders. This understanding combined with her authentic, practical approach allows her to connect and engage with various audiences effortlessly. Known for her transformational trainings and engaging delivery style, Emmy creates awareness and delivers a powerful message that inspires others to take positive, productive action leading to more effective relationships and results. 

In addition to owning Momentum Leadership Solutions, Emmy also facilitates several programs for the Association of Talent Development, including the CPLP^{®Preparation workshops, as well as the Coaching, Training , Instructional Design,  and Needs Assessment Certificate programs.} 

Emmy has her MBA, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications.  She holds many different certifications including:

·     Her CPLP, which is the Certified Performance and Learning Professional, accreditation through ATD

·     Professional Coach Certification through ICF.

She is also a certified DiSC practitioner, Energy Leadership Coach and John Maxwell Coach. 

When she is not facilitating or developing leaders, Emmy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, her 2 children, Matthew and Gianna and her golden retriever.
