Elisa Marmol leads Fors Marsh Groip's organizational and workforce consulting practice focused on human capital and business transformation consulting. Elisa has over twenty years of leading-edge human capital experience. Her areas of expertise include workforce planning, organizational transformation/change management, the future of work, business process reengineering, competency modeling, and program design and implementation. Elisa’s current clients include DHS HQ, USCIS, TSA, CISA, NLRB, and NSF. Prior to FMG, Elisa worked in the human capital consulting practice at Deloitte supporting an array of federal clients. Federal clients Elisa has supported include Housing and Urban Development, Health and Human Services, the Navy, the Internal Revenue Service, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Undersecretary of Defense. She led the Future of Work team and community of practice for the Government and Public Services practice at Deloitte. Elisa has an MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida and a BA in Economics from New College of Florida.
