Dr. Diane Brescher has over 30 years’ experience in the field of adult and organizational learning, with a deep expertise and passion for leadership development.  She specializes in helping organizations develop and execute Learning Strategies tied to their Organizational Strategy.  Diane has deep expertise in converting Instructor Led courses into a blended and| virtual learning environments and in Competency Modeling.  Facilitation topics:  Leadership, coaching, influencing, decision making, change managemnet, communication skills, virtual team building, etc.  She has worked with all levels of leaders in a variety of industries helping organizations and individuals improve their business results through enhancing individual and team performance.  She loves working with mid-level leaders by successfully addressing their workplace dilemmas and global challenges.  Diane has a high level of success in building and maintaining client relationships and achieving business results while developing the appropriate individual, team, and organization performance interventions.
