ABOUT ME
David Solot, PhD, is chief science officer at Sciolytix. He is an industrial-organizational psychologist with 20 years of experience in assessment and learning and has focused on working to merge psychology with technology to yield actionable insights through behavior change.
Solot holds a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from Walden University, an MA in clinical psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a BA in psychology from Rutgers University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and SHRM and serves on Rutgers University's Big Data Board of Advisors.
