Allison Horn leads Accenture’s global talent strategy and development consulting practice, partnering with clients to craft talent strategies and talent practices that serve both current and future organizational needs.
Prior to her current role, Horn served as Accenture’s global head of talent and the company’s chief learning officer. She led teams around the world that drove recruiting and onboarding of 150,000-plus new joiners, and she provided best-in-class L&D experiences for the company’s 700,000+ people. Horn oversaw an annual training investment of more than $1 billion and was responsible for the continuous evolution of Accenture’s performance culture model.
