The need for dialogue on racism is long overdue. People are in a state of shock as they view the murder of Black citizens across the United States. People of color are exhausted, angry, and frustrated, and their co-workers want to reach out but feel intimidated because they fear being misunderstood or seen as vulnerable or biased. In response to this need, public institutions such as the National Museum of African American History and Culture are providing public tools to promote understanding.
