If you want to quickly assess how desperately compliance training at your organization needs to change, convene a focus group of honest employees and ask them: Why do we have compliance training?

If they tell you that they don't know why, you obviously have a problem. If they tell you the training exists to check boxes and protect the organization from legal liability, that's a serious problem too.
