By now, you have undoubtedly heard of the Great Resignation, the trend of people across various industries becoming fed up with aspects of their job during the pandemic and opting to leave. The Great Resignation wasn't just a couple of buzzwords thrown together. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 71.6 million people left their jobs from April 2021 through April 2022. That's about 3.98 million Americans quitting each month. That number jumped up to 4.5 million people in November 2021.
