It’s hard to believe that ATD TechKnowledge 23—TK for short—is less than a month away! For the first time since 2020, TK attendees will meet in person on February 7–9 in New Orleans. Don’t worry if you’re unable to travel, the virtual program is also a great way to participate.

If you’re interested in the future of talent development, this conference is for you! Every year, we see a mix of TD professionals—no matter the role, experience, or title—with a shared vision. How can they usher in technology, innovation, and new strategies to push the field into the future?

You’ll find inspiration and intentional opportunities to help you adapt, grow, and innovate, starting with our amazing keynote speakers and more than 100 educational sessions across seven tracks. Here are three more features of TK23 that you won’t want to miss:

1. ScavengAR Hunt

TK’s customized, augmented reality experience is BACK! Get ready for an immersive scavenger hunt journey that combines your mobile device, trivia, and other games to give you a taste of New Orleans.

Work with others to reach the end of the hunt and celebrate your accomplishment with food, drinks, more games, networking, and live Zydeco music. Join us at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, February 8, for this opportunity.
