Managing your learning projects doesn’t have to be a headache. You just need some practical tips (and sometimes Jedi mind tricks) to make it a bit easier. That’s why, for this month’s Ask a Trainer episode, I invited training and e-learning expert Diane Elkins to join me in tackling your questions about managing learning projects. Enjoy!
